In the app
- Open Rory and tap your photo or initials at the top of Today.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted, type DELETE and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you're signed out.
Without the app
Email team@folkware.com.au from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Rory account” and your builder code. We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in and your profile, including your photo.
- Your conversations with Rory and your personal to-dos.
- Your settings, notification preferences and any mailbox or drive you connected for yourself.
- Your access to your company's workspace.
What stays with your company
Job records belong to the building company, not to one person. Projects, variations, diary entries, documents and shared inboxes stay in your company's workspace. Where a record names you as its author, your name is replaced with “Deleted user”.
If you're the last admin
If no one else in your company is an admin, deleting your account also closes your company's workspace. Everyone in it loses access straight away, and the workspace and its data are deleted within 30 days. To keep the workspace, make someone else an admin before you delete your account.
What we keep
We keep only what the law requires, such as tax invoices, for as long as it requires. See the privacy policy for details.
